Behind the scenes of the organization of the World Para Athletics Championships – PARIS’23, there is a team of volunteers who, every day, dedicate their time, energy and work to this project. They are key people, on whom the Organizing Committee can rely for the good realization of the event.
Before, during and after the event, 2,000 passionate, enthusiastic and motivated volunteers are dynamically mobilized to make these World Championships a success.

Be at the heart of the event
It is an opportunity to be at the heart of the organization of an international sporting event, to discover the backstage and to be close to the athletes.
This experience allows you to make unique human encounters, create strong bonds with the other volunteers and the event team. The group cohesion allows to work in a good atmosphere and to create unforgettable memories. It is also an opportunity to have a professional, formative and enriching experience in the sports world.
The volunteers are equipped with an outfit in the event’s colors. In addition, during their mobilization days, meals are provided. Friendly moments are also dedicated to them throughout the event. The World Championships are an incredible experience to live with your family, friends or colleagues!
